The Colony of Year 6

We are a class of 26 students studying at the Singapore International School in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Year 6 is the culminating academic year group for our primary school education which is based on the Singapore Curriculum. We are hence a pretty busy lot of people in school but we're loving what we do in school daily. Here is a blog of us, our interests, our pursuits and everything else we can think of. My Favourite Food

My favorite food is KimChi.Kimchi, also spelled gimchi or kimchee.
kimchi is a traditional Korean fermented dish made of vegetables.
kimchi can be found as early as 2600–3000 years ago.kimchi made with chili peppers and baechu(cabbage), also known as Napa cabbage, gained popularity in the 19th century and baechu kimchi continues to be the most common and popular form of kimchi today.Kimchi can be categorized by main ingredients, regions or seasons. Korea's northern and southern sections have a considerable temperature difference.Traditionally, after a long period of consuming gimjang kimchi during the winter.Young summer radishes and cucumbers are popular summer vegetables made into kimchi.Kimchi is very spicy and can also be really sweet.I love kim chi especially when serving with instant noodle!
