Materials.
1. digestive biscuits
2.butter
3.cheese
5.sugar
6. creamfraiche
7.lemonjelly
Method.
1.Make the jelly with the half of the required liquid.
2. Crush the biscuits, and mix whith the malted butter.
3.place the cake ring on a plate, spread the biscuit mixture evenly and cool in the fridge .
5. Cream, cheese, mix cheese with icing sugar, venilla, sugarr and creame fraiche add the whipped cream and cooled jelly, mix it all together.
6.pure the mixture on the biscuits and leave to cool in the fridge over night.
8. decorate with some fruits and physalis before serving
